As I begin my third year as Principal of this incredible school, I continue to be inspired by the pride, spirit, and strong sense of community that define Richfield. Every day, I see students, staff, and families working together to create a school environment that is both supportive and empowering.

At Richfield, we are Powered by Pride and Built on Community. These aren’t just words—they reflect our commitment to academic excellence, character development, and a culture of belonging. Whether in the classroom, on the athletic field, or through extracurricular activities, our students rise to challenges and celebrate one another’s success.
