Welcome to Fifth Grade

Reading and Social Studies will be my specialties this year!  I can't wait to get back into the Benchmark Units to teach the wonderful topics outlayed for 5th grade.  I am also a "history freak".  The 5th grade social studies curriculum is all about the United States.  I hope to take us all on a great adventure this year and learn all about our beginnings, people, places, and events of the past and present!
